About Taluma Montenegro

Taluma Montenegro is a real estate agency based in Podgorica, founded in 2020. We handle sales and long-term lettings of apartments, houses, commercial space and land, short-term rentals of furnished apartments, and the sale and charter of boats. Taluma rent a car is part of the same company.

Before returning to Montenegro, the agency’s director lived and worked in the United States and Canada, and brought the experience from those markets to ours. We kept the way of working our clients expect: terms are clear from the start, documents are checked before a listing is published, and each client has one contact person from the first enquiry to the handover of keys.

Most of our listings are in Podgorica, in neighbourhoods such as City kvart, Zabjelo, Stari Aerodrom and Preko Morače. We also handle property on the coast, in Budva, Tivat, Bar and Herceg Novi, and in the north of the country.

The agency is led by Executive Director Marija Lekić Krunić. Success in a market that changes and depends on many factors takes serious work, constant learning and openness to new ways of working. That is why she personally oversees every listing on this website and answers enquiries from buyers, tenants and owners.
